About Harvest Haven

Harvest Haven is a Maryland farm project focused on value-added foods, specialty crops, beekeeping, mushrooms, workshops, and sustainable agriculture.

The project is being developed alongside Deep Roots Farm and serves as a space for experimentation, education, food production, and agricultural entrepreneurship.

Harvest Haven is currently developing small-batch food products, mushroom production, honey production, and future workshops designed to connect people with food and farming.

Founded by Jasmine Livingstone, Harvest Haven is being developed alongside Deep Roots Farm as a place to experiment, learn, create, and share the journey of building a modern farm business.

From small-batch pesto and fermented foods to future honey, mushrooms, and educational workshops, Harvest Haven is growing one project at a time.

What Harvest Haven is becoming

Value-Added Foods

Harvest Haven transforms surplus produce and herbs into small-batch foods including pesto, fermented vegetables, dried herbs, seasoning blends, preserves, and future specialty products.

Beekeeping & Honey (coming soon)

Harvest Haven is developing a small apiary focused on pollinator health, honey production, and supporting biodiversity throughout the farm.

Mushroom Project(Coming soon)

We are preparing outdoor mushroom beds using logs, wood chips and natural growing methods to produce specialty mushrooms for local customers and future workshops

Workshops & Experiences

Harvest Haven plans to host hands-on workshops focused on food preservation, fermentation, gardening, mushrooms, beekeeping, and traditional farm skills.
